Useful context.
Thoughtful handling.

Updated October 25, 2026. CXHQ provides initial CX guidance and a way to request consulting support.

Your question

Submitting a question sends its text to CXHQ and, when live answers are available, to OpenAI to prepare a response using CXHQ guidance. No customer-system access or file upload is needed. Do not include passwords, personal customer records or information you are not authorized to share.

CXHQ does not save the question or generated answer in its application database through the homepage answer flow. OpenAI requests use store:false. That setting is not a promise of zero provider retention; service providers may retain operational or abuse-monitoring records under their policies. The answer remains in the page until you leave or reload. Choosing a tailored quote temporarily stores up to 1,400 characters of your question in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so the contact form can receive it without including it in the URL. The form removes that temporary draft when it reads it. If browser storage is unavailable, you can enter the question again.

Your consulting request

Sending the quote form shares your contact details and submitted operating context with the CXHQ team. Requests are stored in our consulting inbox and sent privately through our email provider, Resend. Replies are handled by our team. No payment is taken by this form. To request access, a correction or deletion, use the contact form and identify it as a privacy request. We do not claim deletion from every infrastructure backup.

Usage and analytics

We keep aggregate activity counts and pseudonymous rate-limit and AI-cost records to operate the site, prevent abuse and enforce our spending limit. Rate-limit identifiers are derived from network information and browser information using a private salt; raw IP addresses are not written to those application records.

Optional Google Analytics runs only if you allow it. We send activity events such as opening a page, choosing a topic and submitting a form, without your question, contact details or the form’s contents. Analytics page URLs exclude query parameters. New quote links do not include your question in the URL; older links containing a question have that parameter removed when the contact form loads. Google’s own policies govern its processing. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Limits

Hosting and email providers may process access logs and backups. Initial advice is based on what you describe and does not verify your operation’s data or establish a root cause.
